Situated inside a typical cove of the eastern Ligurian coast , is the little town of Framura. It is made up of five districts totalling 19,26sqkms, Setta is the seat of the municipality.
Mount Serro(421m.a.s.l.) is the highest peak of the territory of Framura and is part of the protected area called Le Cinque Terre. Many typical plants can be found there, like; wild fennel, lavander, and bay leaf.

The Chapel of San Rocco in Setta, decorated with late 18th century stucco finishings , it is neoclassical in style and preserves the painting of the Madonna col Bambino and the Saints Rocco and Nicola, works which date back to between the 12th and 18th centuries.
Framura is linked to its neighbouring town Bonassola thanks to a cycling path ,which up to 1970 ,ran along the old Genova-Pisa railway line , it was then moved uphill and it terminates in the village of Levanto, its 5kms long.
