L’appartamento TRILOCALE è composto da un ampio soggiorno – con divano letto - e cucina , due camere da letto – una matrimoniale e la seconda con un letto singolo + letto a castello - e un grande bagno. La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, forno e piano cottura a gas, grande frigor e congelatore, Tavolo allungabile e divano letto.
Appartamento molto luminoso in quanto ogni locale è dotato di finestre o portafinestra con zanzariere integrate. Ogni locale è dotato di impianto di condizionamento canalizzato e termosifoni , il tutto gestito con termostato per ogni ambiente. Nel bagno è presente anche una lavatrice. È presente un impianto internet Wi-Fi. Sono presenti due smartTV (una in soggiorno e una in camera matrimoniale). Il cortile è attrezzato con salottino e tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. A servizio ci sono anche due biciclette.
