The fourth town of Imperia for inhabitants in deference to the chief town of the province, Sanremo is one of the most important tourist destinations of the riviera. Triora, the village of witches also known for its buckwheat and bran bread , typical of these mountaious areas , and which also hosts an unusual ethnographic museum dedicated to witches where the traditional cooking utensils and agricultural tools of the daily life of the valley are also preserved.
Finally, two unspoilt alpine villages of unique beauty; Realdo and Verdeggia, situated below Mount Saccarello, the highest mountain of Liguria.
