Among the many possibilities of entertainment for the young ones there is the Water Park of Ceriale whereas for adults there is a wide choice of culture and entertainment in particular during the summer months, by the Theatre Festival of Borgo Verezzi and the copius country wine and food festivals.
Albenga, together with Vado e Ventimiglia is one of the three roman towns of the Ponente ligure, it has the best preserved historic centre of western Liguria. It still holds its solid medieval build as on roman nucleus map with its typical cluster housing, the Baptistery and the famous towers.
Savona, chieftown, overlooks a coast which has held the European Blue Flag for its Fornaci beache for years and for the tourist haven of Vecchia Darsena. From 2003 the town has hosted the Palacrociere, an important cruise hub for the Mediterraneo planned(designed) by the catalan architect Ricardo Bofill.
